Without a cancellation policy, I would not be able to continue teaching. All of my lessons are prepared in advance; I do not receive any money until after the lesson. Thank you to all my students for their understanding.
1 hour lessons must be cancelled with 8 hours or more notice otherwise full payment is required
1 hour 30 minute and 2 hour lessons must be cancelled with 10 hours or more notice otherwise full payment is required
If you need to cancel a lesson and it is possible to arrange a replacement lesson within 48 hours, you do NOT need to pay for the cancelled lesson, only the lesson you attend.
