Without a cancellation policy, I would not be able to continue teaching. All of my lessons are prepared in advance; I do not receive any money until after the lesson. Thank you to all my students for their understanding.
All lessons must be cancelled with 24 hours or more notice otherwise full payment is required
If you need to cancel a lesson and it is possible to arrange a replacement lesson within 48 weekday hours, you do NOT need to pay for the cancelled lesson, only the lesson you attend.
