All lessons must be cancelled with 24 hours or more notice otherwise full payment is required
If you need to cancel a lesson and it is possible to arrange a replacement lesson within 48 weekday hours, you do NOT need to pay for the cancelled lesson, only the lesson you attend.
If you think you will be late to your lesson, please try and send a message to let me know.
If a student is late by more than 20 minutes and I haven’t heard from them, I reserve the right to leave the meeting and receive full payment.
